Even skywrath has pathetic nuking power compare to oracle (unless you dish a full ult on seal ofc, but a lvl 7 oracle can dish 700+ damage after reduction over 3 sec, with 12 sec cd)
And that's not even considering the utility from his spell. Not to mention good int growth, good range, excellent bat, low lvl dependancy, low item dependancy (but he scales pretty well)

Tell you what my ranking's gonna go through the roof once Pit Lord comes out, that hero was among my best in Dota1.....but then again so was Invoker and Meepo.

No that dragon was frost.
It was a support with heal and ulti that would make allies focus their own hero.

The oracle had a priest model. Tho it was at the very end of dota as i know it. It was the last hero to be added before i switched.
