General Discussionfreezing while playing dota?

is this a server problem? a problem with playing with people from china etc?

if i wanted to play with the chinese i would not have clicked us east wtf.

Random freezes for a moment? I got them too, thought its just my computer (somewhat its probably computers fault anyway)
