I guess because the system thinks you are better on some heroes than others. Compare your Invoker and Void to your BH for example, they are miles apart just based on your statistics.
it's based on the difficulty of the games played on THAT hero. If you're talking about your personal list of hero rankings, it's pretty common for there to be multiple divisions across several heroes.
If you're talking about the top 100 lists for heroes - it's based on how popular and competitive the hero is.

Why some heroes in ranking are in a division and some others in a higher one? Wasn't division based on your Mmr or so?
