From what I personally know in dota 1 there was the rageplug where you unplugged your network cable so garena would register the same conditions. But idk if it works in dota 2(it is unlikely).

Just wondering what if people are really ddosing or doing some sort of hack to get network instability right after leaving. I've noticed it like 3-4 months ago but now it's very frequent. If one team has better randoms, say drow, axe etc...player A up and leaves, says he abandons, but then right away it says network instability etc...
