I'm guessing Blademail is better than Armlet DPS wise versus strong right clickers like Ursa/TA. Blademail wouldn't do much if you are Dueling someone like Skywrath.
well... blademail is completely dependent on your opponents damage so there really is no answer
Thinking about it, Armlet will give me the attackspeed for my future duel damage whereas blademail doesnt make me hit any faster. I am at a loss.
I prefer getting blademail.
Blademail lets you be active everytime duel is off cooldown and its gives you a bit of armor as well.

imo, after blademail get either AC or maelstorm for your atk spd needs.
I have played my share of blademail games, the item really helps killing someone ahead if you have more hp than em. But i think ill give armlet a few more tries.

I dont really like Armlet that much after the toggling nerf. Need some insight.
