Yeah, I'm fairly sure not rushing divine is almost as obvious as 'carry a tp' yet we still see it not happen too often :P

I have yet to see anyone rush divine. I only ever see it in a stomp. I still haven't seen it when it might actually be in trying to comeback form a stomp.
Sometimes a divine rush is okay-ish on medusa, depending on the lineup and the situation of the match.

Storm Spirit mid game right? Counter picked by blood, TA randomed, and void got a solo free farm ganking spree by yours truly.
About half way into the game, I didn't see a single hint of medusa, till I bumped into the dire Ancient camp around the 10 min mark. I notice that medusa only had a sacred relic.
Reasonable Thought: Oh, radiance first, to get more farm and better creeps and deal dama- yeah no.
Acutal thought: She's rushing divine.
And 'DON'T YOU KNOW! She has divine. Now I'm telling you this medusa had some crazy stats on her bow. One of which, being over 100 wins. Normally I would considered a good trait to have, till I realize that she is rushing divine and didn't know better.
Practically absent the whole game, me and void were tearing shit up through thier team. I ended up with divine as void was low on health at the time so I picked up and ran away with it.
Medusa' replies "Too heavy, team is noob. Told them not to feed."
Then the bird's and bees took care of the rest, and we won the game.
Lesson: Never EVER get Divine first item. Instant lose game.
