so you are using one tournament to gauge your expertise? NaVi went into TI fairly strong BUT the had a bad first day. The idiotic statements that 'it doesnt matter pre TI' is insane. Not once has a weak team coming into TI taken 1st. Teams like Fnatic will do good dont get me wrong but they have 0% of taking home first.
Question: does wanting one team to win more than another make me a fanboy, or does recognising the fact that Na'Vi are fully capable of playing shitty negate that, cause i kind of always just "prefer" them even though i dont think they're gonna do that well in TI
i really hope fnatic go fairly far as well, no idea how likely it is
cheering for a team is one thing, being a fanboy is completely different. It is like the people in Toronto who believe that the Maple Leafs are going to win it this year.......

Only a retard wouldn't admit Na'Vi is playing shitty, but I hope they can get back to their prime form somehow. They did win Empire and Fnatic 2:0, maybe they talked about it more or something, I don't even know. But I also see them picking heroes that are hard to play and you need your A game for them or more precisely, the Puck for Dendi, which I see him fail with so many times because he's not playing with a cool head and you really need to be on point with that hero. When they give him a brewmaster which is maybe stronger than most other heroes but also doesn't require that kind of precision that a Puck does, he owns. So I don't know, maybe Puppey should just draft him "easier" heroes cause he's obviously not doing that well for whatever reason, whether he's sick or hasn't practiced as much or whatever.
I know right? I've seen his Puck before and his performance vs EG was underwhelming to say the least. Getting caught out, missing that coil near the rune, using phase shift before casting orb even though the animation on Puck is like 0.01. Just misplays that I notice because I like the hero myself and play him often, not to say I know everything about him.
whatever, it doesn't take tournament expertise to realize that TI is what matters, and they might be saving strats. i know a lot of ppl say this, but it makes sense. they scored first and two times second, clearly they know what they're doing.
Hating on na'vi is just as stupid as being fanboy.
besides, they lost to xboct yoloing twice in the two games i watched.
ofc c9 is hiding some strat.. they have shown some though like jakiro at #1, EE brought PA to mid, surely they have something more
i think meepo was clearly a hidden strat but fnatic fucked it up so yea
also i heard of DK's strat running around drow and ursa dunno how it works, rumour has it
its nice to be a fanboy, makes you like the game more. im fanboying arteezy a little but it's been starting to feel less and less hard over time so i don't even watch dota that much anymore
And Sing doesn't make us listen to questionable music, and takes allies' mistakes with good humour, and talks, and doesn't spam farming mids that are boring as fuck to watch....
Is RTZ actually a better player to watch if you want to improve on pubs? Last I saw Sing's solo MMR was also insanely high, but he doesn't share stats :(

@Sampson
I love watching the dendi fanboys in twitch chat defending dendi misclicking his dust.
'IT SLOWS U NOOBS DENDI CAN DO NO WRONG'
It's funny, I guess that fanboy did his job cause he trolled you :D

puck is one of dendi's signature heroes.......

I love the people who say, NaVi is losing on purpose............Every team is holding trump cards NaVi is no special snowflake......
never said they lost on purpose
If they are holding their drafts when they are behind then they are losing on purpose
I find the excuse of teams losing "because they were saving strats" is ridiculous for any team, prize money is still money in your pocket if you win
I'm still clutching to the idea C9 are saving strats and not just sucking at the moment :/
^Me too man, me too :(
(but i am never betting on them )
Man i wish sing went full time streamer, 10 years without a sing strim already
met him in a pub today. he played with aui, sucked ass.

Sing not streaming means that I'm actually starting to like RTZ ... I mean what the fuck is wrong with me, Sing please stream again! BibleThump
sing and rtz aren't that different
Yeah the difference is that sing is actually funny
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
And Sing doesn't make us listen to questionable music, and takes allies' mistakes with good humour, and talks, and doesn't spam farming mids that are boring as fuck to watch....
singsing: i masturbate
xDDDDDDddddddDDDDDDDD le funny
its a matter of personal preference, they both get equal viewers, just because you prefer one doesnt mean everyone else does
besides, arteezy is a way better player
Is RTZ actually a better player to watch if you want to improve on pubs? Last I saw Sing's solo MMR was also insanely high, but he doesn't share stats :(
Arteezy is a better player, but i dislike both his attitude and his stream ( his terrible music must be one of the reasons i guess )
Even joking all the time you can easily notice how sing has way more mature attitude
I actually start watching rtz stream since the first day he started streaming, it was quite nice back then but after a while it just got worst.
Anyway like pacmane is saying is a matter of preference.
if you want to improve run away from rtz streams, he trolls every single game, go for stupid items etc
thats funny cuz sing trolls every single game
i think the best player to learn for noobs is either merlini wagamama or draskyl. not saying they're noobs, they just usually explain things
Well you can learn a lot about how to farm quickly watching rtz
but i would say that merlini is the best one by far if you want to learn something
waga is good also he is always explaining what he is doing and why
I cant stand waga's sad music........
Why is the word cancer banned on draskyls chat?
