Yes they do. When I had my old microsoft mouse I was at 4300 mmr.
Then I got a GIGABYTE M6980X gaming mouse and climbed up at 5200 mmr in one week.

Yes they do. Most if not all professional players always bring their own set of gaming equipment aside from sponsorship obligations.
using something u familiar with makes u care less about the feelings of differences , thus u concentrate more on ur game, at least that's me who thinks like that
When my friend played on my pc on my below 3k shit mmr he could only play drow. Hes 4.6k mmr usually but different equippement matters. XD I suck on my bro's pc too but im bad anyways so maybe it doesnt count.

I'm not saying equipments will improve your skills... what I am saying is when he/she is gaming with unfamiliar equipments, their playstyle will decrease in some point.
