I feel like I'm in elo hell. Of course I'm wrong, but I still feel like it.
3.2k games. Sometimes there are smoke ganks and camp-block wards with all around great games. Then sometimes there is a Dragon Knight who skills Dragon Tail first and a Legion Commander who is scared of dueling a Venomancer with a Pugna and Leshrac behind her.
(I'm qqing, but more practically, if anyone can tell me what I did wrong in that Leshrac game it would be brilliant. For the record, I bought wards and bird (bloodseeker bought courier too fast for me to do anything). I dewarded 2 wards with sentry ward. I roamed and we were at 9-2 lead before this disastrous teamfight where I got an invis rune and told the team (who are all really bulky sans Pugna) to man up and step forward except they didn't so the moment I split earth I got cold snapped and hit to death while the 3 tanky ones sat back and only used skills from far away.)
I'm not even reading this whole garbage this is enough right here:

WTF are you talking about? If you are 3k there are thousands of players your exact rating, there is no way in hell dota will match make the enemy team average 200-500 points than your average. The only possible way to have a team with 4 people 3100-3300 vs 3500-3800 is if you are like 5500 and grouped with those 4 people. Even if you group with just one of them your team will be like you the 5k player, the 3100 you are grouped with and a bunch in the middle like 3600. What you are writing just doesn't make any sense, get better at dota and you will go up.

You only skill Dragon Tail first if you there are teammates of yours awating for lvl 1 gang.
You take Dragon Blood if you expect early harass and Fire Breath to get early bottle if none of the above conditions is met.

What you're saying still makes zero sense, that's not how matcmaking works. If you are 3300 and your friend is 3800 then you will have on your team a few 3500 players and other team will all be 3500 or same situation as you, one higher, one lower. There is no possibly way to have one team ALL 3500-3800 players and the other team have 4 3k-3300. Math doesn't add up.
Sampson is right, he's referring to the Dunning-Kruger effect where an individual feels they have a much higher ability than they actually do. This leads to everyone thinking that they're in elo hell, just remember it's a game! It's supposed to be entertaining and fun! Don't take it so seriously and just have fun, it's much more satisfying and I always play better when I just have fun with the game.
There are some heroes which have better win rate and worse winrate (some of it might be noise due to randomness, but there are some trends). For example you play ganking midders worse than you play sf (which also can gank, but does need it that much). So play more sf and try other heroes and play less heroes with which you have <55% win rate after 10 games :P
