If I remember correctly, there's a trick you can do by aggroing the enemy that will mess up the creeps and allow you get the LH and the deny because the enemies damage (who they assumed was enough to deny) wouldn't have been enough since your creep would've taken less damage. Something along the lines of that. Well that only applies to when both players are attacking.
It's really hard but like most of the people who play dota are children and will play follow the leader if you lead by example.
You play good over time people will start playing along and even if one guy doesn't it will ping out for the rest of the team what a moron he is.
if you have the advantage you have to go full harras instead of worrying about creeps, if you're even try to get the creeps and eventually you'll have more than him and thus the advantage. if he's got the advantage go full retard like him and your you'll get the lead eventually as you get levels

How do you deal with players in the mid who prioritize denies over last hits. The problem is when both creeps are low and you know he can only get one of them so you kinda just assume that they want the gold but they always go for deny. Is the only way just to follow their lead and just go pure mongoloid and deny everything with him and we both are poor?
