And if Valve was really "forcing" you to have a 50% win rate, you wouldn't have a 49.50% win rate.

Forced 50% is a god damn myth and just requires certain things in place before you can move up from that plateau.
Playing any sport by yourself isn't going to get you any better you need a few things in place before you can actually start to excel. You have to change some element of how you usually play to see yourself move out of the plane you are currently in.
How does the "Range" affect the games you play? Am I the only one that get extremly onesided games when the ranges increases?
i go heart before when i have to. everyone telling me this shit never plays antimage or has average performance with him. and no i wasnt going heart anyway, i get a casual vitaility booster. because 900 health is not enough at that stage of the game.
Yasha before Orb. You have an orb and a vitality booster both are good items towards something else but are dick on their own with nothing else but a battlefury.
i mean alot of my games i have most hero damage and a good amount of kills and assists. the reason i say forced is because it doesnt matter what hero i am, this 40 percent hero i can do as much with as i can with many other carries maybe even more, so it wouldnt matter what hero i play i'd still get these situations. and im not good enoguh for a stack i never played dota 1 so thats already out of the question

wouldnt be surprised if you play mid, then that is the reason you were able to win. 3/4 games our mid was terrible. 2 games yesterday i had a DP lose vs Riki and act like it wasnt her fault. I can not help these situations.
oh and then a game where a mid wasnt picked (i picked antimage 2nd) and treant had to go mid sniper got free reign all game. both of thnese games the riki and sniper snowballed, which i couldnt do anything about.
if u want to win, just pick mid hero
or split push hero, playing solo queue and trusting your teammate is 50-50.
^ so should i become a mid counter picker? because obviously when i care i can make the most out of the hero (anti-mage), but i despise people who call mid every game, and counter pick everygame. I dont really want to win, i want to get better, but does that mean i have to become what i hate to consistenty improve?
well, from what i see is you blame your mid.
So just pick mid hero so you can feel how the feel of your teammate.
hard carry in pub is easy, mid is a little bit hard. Hard support is the hardest one.

With your attitude you're just going to keep on losing. Be nice to your teammates, give constructive feedback even when they flame you. That's how winning is done. It's all about being positive.
The last match i played solo ranked my teammates were feeding both bot and top, but i kept my head cool, and gave only constructive feedback such as pay attention to the miss, position yourself better, carry TPs vs Viper and DP. Since i didn't flame them, they took my advice and stopped dying. We ended up winning after a few lost teamfights.
My point is, if i started flaming them, saying stuff like GG bot feed end fast pls, not only would they flame me back, but they would be discouraged to keep on playing to their full potential, which would make us definitely lose.
TL;DR: Be nice, don't flame.
PS: Consider it a challenge when someone counter-picks you. You're not going to have an easy lane, but you're going to learn a lot more.
AM is really a sub-3k MMR hero, say 2.2k or 2.5k MMR pubstomp hero. Problem with him is he has no magic immunity vs. a stun heavy lineup. If you blink into a trap you are basically screwed. Battlefury is fun but only if you are ahead and farm a good 10-20 minutes, then push as five. He has a small timing window to push after BF. If too much time elapse after BF and you aren't OWNING the other team it's basically over when it's pass 60 mintue etc... when other team has late game items. Deadalus or Mjollnir or manta will scale better late game than Battlefury. Him & void has a HP problem with BF. They can't survive hits. Even if you make another damage item, blade mail counters it very hard unless you get lfiesteal. Thus 15-20 minutes of farm for BF and another 10-20 mintues for 2nd & 3rd item only to be countered by blademail, means you gotta farm another 5-15 mintues for another counter item. No BKB for AM means u can't stand in front of lineup for team so you will basically be KSing allies all game.
Let's review your games:
Game 1: Opposing team had better lineup. Lion/warlock/abbadon. basically they can't die and if lion fingers anybody during warlock's combo you guys will like close to 1000+ hp, if 5 team were linked.
Game 2: No counter for the sniper/naix combo. Being slowed and proc'ed heatshot.. no escape! Your shadow shaman & enchantress fed. I woulda told them to jungle or play more passive after 2+ deaths. Or if you did they prob. got mad/throw etc...
Game 3: No excuses for losing game 3, you guys won in the kill department. But CM & Rubrick outplayed your support disruptor. You & PA couldn't carry game that's it. Musta been some nice top notch rubrick plays I assume.
AM needs babysit from minute 1 to 30. Not for his sake but so that the supports dont' feed. Or if they do, it's for exchange. It's like playing thos furion games where you are so rich, but your team is feeding. You're fighting an uphill battle. AM is hardly picked in CM or pro scene. I would suggest switching over to bloodseeker and mastering 17-22 minute radiance/treads build. Go blademail into bkb or deadalus and you're set to win.
Either that or you got to realize. Anybody at your skill level on AM could play any other hero and pawn you. That's it. Either you need more luck on you or change your build to counter theirs. Don't just make BF all the time thinking this is the BEST AM item EVAR.
and no i dont make battlefury all the time, only get it to push out lanes. and i usually finish it after a few items. another guy with like 30 percent antimage telling me how to play him WHAT THE FUCK

just theory craft this... trilane AM safe lane... vs. trilane safe WK or Jug... same build... guess what happens in 1v1? He has crit you don't.. he rez/omnislash, u die. Or 15-20 minute 1v1... safe lane boots/bf AM vs. offlane no farm only phase boots & wraith band weaver... Assuming you don't hide in trees but run to base.
AM has no farming ability, no crit or damage dealing passive/aura. Low HP pool. Requires just 40-50 minutes just to get off the ground. Also requires that his team doesn't feed during that time. etc...

... Really? Like are you seriously saying that Anti-Mage has no farming ability?
He has the best damage dealing passive, which synergizes perfectly with his ult and illusions. He is heavily resistant to spells, and all agi heroes have low hp pool. Requires a BF and a manta to get off the ground. He has a 1.5 second bat which makes him hit fast, a 5 second blink which makes him the splitpushing and flashfarming GOD. He eats WK for breakfast with his mana burning skill, and jugg won't have any mana to use any of his spells in a 1v1 lane situation.
Also, battlefury isn't fun. Battlefury is CORE, an anti-mage without battlefury is a retard-mage.
PS: Anti-mage is the one carry that can win the game WHEN your team is feeding by split-pushing and having map awareness to blink away from danger. Please check your facts.
Did someone really say the hero with the strongest flashfarm potential (except alchemist maybe) in the game has no farming ability?
Horrid skill build. Maxes Blink by level 14 which means if he got Battle Fury before level 14 he was farming much slower than he could've been because of Blink's cooldown, or it means that he got Battle Fury at level 14 or later which is way too fucking late for it to be of any use.
In one game you go Battle Fury, Vlads, and Vanguard which contradicts the whole point of the Vlads + Vanguard build, which is to fight early and NOT afk farm with BF. If you didn't go BF that time you'd probably have Manta which is a better teamfight item than BF, because BF gives you no fucking HP - which is coincidentally why it's also shit on Bounty Hunter (but that's just one reason).
If you get BF there's no need to get Vlads, you'll be able to farm a Manta in no time, Vlads just slows down your Manta by about 4-5 minutes. If you get Vlads, that's basically the poor man's Battle Fury - you use it to jungle, and then you split push since the aura gives nearby creeps some damage as well as 5 armour to tank the tower.
Getting BF instead of Manta when you have Vlads slows down your Manta by like 15-20 minutes.
Heart against TB is useless, Sunder is % based, Abaddon has Blade Mail and Shiva's, and Riki has his silence cloud and Diffusal Slow. Get Manta instead of Heart and BKB instead of Battle Fury. Manta to dodge shit and extra Mana Burn damage, and BKB to fight Riki in smoke cloud, and not take Blade Mail or Shivas damage vs Abaddon.
In the game where you have damage items, you needed BKB. Rubick has Hex and Lift, two instant disables, Dragon Knight has Halberd and Dragon Tail, and CM with Frostbite.
Item choices may have played a crucial part in the outcome of the game. I can't be arsed watching, but maybe your decision making too.
Thanks Androgynous. don't know why so many BF AM luvers. He's so vulnerable to nukes til he get's manta or treads. He's like 900 hp at level 14 and under 700hp at level 8 with just bf & brown boots. @ level 14 with manta, treads he is only siting at 1200 hp. I am wondering what MMR bracket this guy is in.
antimage is one of the best melee vs melee carries in trilanes
completely shits on jugger due to mana break making it impossible to stay near creaps and if you dont get perfect lockdown on him he blinks @ the guy who said jugger beats him

I meant safe lane for both. So not doing tri vs. tri. So safe lane radiant and safe lane (top) dire. OP is good with AM i'll have to admit considering he's near 70% winrate on AM when pub level is 40%. Just saying he's not picked as much and he's not that snowball of a hero compared to say slark, spectre, jug, wk etc.
as for tri vs. tri. If they have 2 or 3 stunners, I doubt Am wiill blink in and dance. Even if team if tied with stunners it comes down to hero attack range.
