I have a Razor Lachesis and if you don't install the mouse drivers it won't use the extra buttons. I have 2 on each side of the mouse, 2 in the middle, then the wheel. I use all of them but if the drivers aren't installed they don't work. What kind of mouse do you have?
Oh razer lanchesis <3. I use logitech g602 ( wireles version ) and i think i have installed the driver pack and software which came with it.

Can you bind items to middle mouse button ( the wheel ) and mouse button 4, 5 and 6? And how to do that?
