Have you enabled "Share Match History"? If so maybe try clicking the green button here http://dotabuff.com/pages/faq
There is a bug since the patch where if you are enabling stats for the first time, it might now work. We're waiting for Valve to fix this issue. Assuming your don't play >500 games before Valve fixes it you should eventually get your stats.

WTF I created a new acc but dotabuff doesn't work here. All worked good at the previous acc where I had 1000 games QQ :(
