u rly think that valve gone care about useless reports?
before u get put in low prior u gone need serveral reports in diffrent games, then they gone track u and watch previous games why they report u (also chat/voice chat) if its worth or not 2 put u in lp
even spectators reports, lobby reports ect dont do anything. only ingame reports from ur or enemy team

How often people stated they report me? 100 times? Now long have I been in LPQ? Not a single second.
But I got two or three times a notification when starting the game that they did something about someone I reported... so I guess they will look into things when someone has a high number of reports in a short time...
