Maybe you need to read a guide about counter picks first and you'll see there is no "best" lane in Dota.

^that doesn't mean that there aren't heroes or combinations of heroes that are fucking insane though...

I might miss a few, but whatever

filler heroes (ie. not the carry)
God tier: Undying, Kotl, Visage
Really good: Shadow Demon, ES, jakiro, leshrac, lion, lina, WR, Veno, Rubick

the one that farms
solid picks are; CK, Slardar (slardar + SD/kotl combo is lulz), Jugg, naga, sven

You can find combos for yourself, most really aren't that complex, and really do depend on the enemy picks as well. Keep in mind that beating a tri-lane isn't that difficult, simply not contesting a much more powerful tri-lane and instead, focus on winning the other lanes can do the job well enough.

One of my favourite combinations was a roaming Sven and Leshrac (probably my favourite hero), the burst damage and all round potential of these heroes is brilliant, you have one that can hit like a truck without that much farm, and the other who helps shred down towers while also dealing a shitload of damage, and of course they both have AoE stuns which land very easily when paired together.

Select any hero you want, and then select the interactions tab (second row of tabs), and you can see how well they have done with other picks, its usually pretty obvious if they are being used in a tri-lane or not. Keep in mind though that not all this data is that meaningful, because teams like navi are going to faceroll most teams no matter how stupid their lineup is.

visage is top tier for about...5 minutes and proceeds to be completely useless rest of the game.

Shadow Demon is definitly top tier along with nyx

the way to build trilanes is typicaly with a few fundamentals, initiator who can catch people out and set up a kill + follow up disable and damage + carry who can contribute early game

Ive made a small list here so you can just pick one from each category and you are set with a pretty good lane

the ones that fit into the first category in some sort of ranking are: SD, Nyx, rubic, Lion, Bane, Veno, Sven, VS,gyro (support),cm,ogre

The ones that fit into the second category are: Kotl, lesh, lina, jakiro, gyro (support)

Unique contributions that does not fit the above model: Visage (insane damage as last nuke), undying (stand and fight), Wisp (combo with carry), Tide (big ass ult)

Third category in no particular order (situationnal): Luna, Pl, niax,gyro (carry), ck
