It was removed because DBR was no longer able to update due to in-game privacy changes.

Is this the same for everyone or just the two that had posted?

You can't see it period. It no longer exists.

is it coming back? are there other websites to use to get a different rating?

U can't, and u won't unless u activate DB plus, which might (not sure) give u the last DBR status, but i don't think so

It does if you happened to play a one of the top 80 games of the week on a particular hero when Valve blocked it. So if you are one of those roughly 9000 players...or if you are in the top 50 in the world on a particular hero...another 5,500 players. Those people can get some idea of their DBR from 3 months ago.

I'd love to believe what you're saying is true, but I don't think I'm in the top 14,500 or less of the top dota players in a world where millions play. I do have access to my old DBR, but nothing even remotely new.
