@ OP, if you get Perseverance to solve your mana issues instead of wasting gold on Arcanes you can easily snag a Battle Fury in the mid game. This boosts your GPM. Don't use mana to farm, it's fun but it's not very smart. You're going to run into mana issues.
Go hangout with your supports when they have Arcane Boots. Ask for mana from them, use teamwork more. You can have the benefits of Arcanes without actually having Arcanes, just talk to your supports.
With regards to playing supports, I mean don't play it if you don't like it. There is substantial depth to support play though, give it a shot if you want to git gud though.
I don't know how OP can't be a troll, even in the matches he wins, he's always behind his offlane and mid in terms of farm, last hits, hero damage, building damage, and net worth. Would you want somebody who's consistently the worst player on the team to have top farm priority? I'd honestly just abandon if I had you on my team as the safelane carry.
