150 games is not the bare minimum requirement. Its just a rough estimate on how many games you need to play. You gain more exp if you win more games. You won 60% of your games so you gained faster exp. Heck i have a friend who has 180 games but still cant play ranked because he has an abysmal winrate of 35%.

the amount of exp, believe it or not, is the same as you got in source 1
it is 1.5 exp per minute in game, capping at 90 minutes.
aka, how fast you get to profile lvl 20 depends on how long your games are.
edit: can't remember exactly but if i recall it takes 225 exp to get a single level.
p.s there are other ways of getting trophy points, not just playing games, you only need 30 unranked matches to unlock ranked, where you get profile level to 20 from doesn't matter.

it seems you figured out jakiro, which is also a strong hero right now.
after the patch game will be messy for at least 1 week.
people instapicking the new heros and then feeding, not being aware of changes at all etc.
btw dont try to improve your "skill bracket" by playing unranked when you havw a 68% winrate.
if you keep the winrate youll be 4k in no time, even if you drop to 60%

you have a 68% winrate if you play like you did before youll get ~3.5k and if you keep playing like taht youll get 4k
