the ip tracking (if it works that way - it's just an assumption) should determine ur starting point of the new account, ur very first game. u said that there are only 2-3k players in the shop, so normal skill bracket for ur first game is fine. it would be interesting if u create another account now, to check if it gets into vhs bracket in the first game, since u increased ur mmr to 4,4k.
