1) division reflects the average difficulty (roughly, av. mmr) of your games
2) division score is not related to a given hero; its the same for all of them
3) division score on a certain hero updates only after you play a match on this hero
in your particular case, the reason of a sudden drop were 10 lpq games you played previously, that were partly not even in VHS. once you finished them, your division was diamond 8, but it only changed in meepo rankings after you played a game on meepo.

So i was again on the dotabuff toplist on rank 95. I was in division 10 and everything was gucci, but after i won a game the system decided to throw me 2 divisions back for no reason at all after i WON a game, rofl.
Is this a bug caused by the API problems atm, since apparently they can't find a skill bracket and just simply handle it as normal skill?
