Ignore everything else and take a look at the picks and bans.
tldr: Pudge is banned, but someone was still able to pick it somehow.
Is this a bug with dota2 or a bug with dotaplus not picking up the right bans?
Sadly, the dota2 replay doesn't show the pick/ban phase, so I am unable to confirm it. But if there is a way to pick banned heroes...... :D
