Hello, long time no see, Im Fyyq your dad

Im inactive for a long time but a week ago i wanted to play some normal dota to distress
The problem is that when i move my mouse in the right side of map some sound effects are 90% volumed down and its sounds like the come from the bottom of the sea! its so frustrating, i know dota always had a directional sound stuff but that never happened before.
i mean when i center hero in dota everything sounds good, when i move camera left everything sounds crispy but a bit lower volume but when i move camera on the right a bit i cant even hear the rearm sound or rocket spam, even if i place a ward i can only hear some ambient mud sound that comes from the bottom of the fcn sea
Its not drivers, its not sound settings WTF please tell me that im not the only one, i tried verify dota and i also redownloaded it. same shit again
