Yeah medals is stupid when the mmr is fucked up by party and clearly different with only solo as well.

I calibrated 3220 archon 7. Lost alot of games got back to 3220 and got legend 1.

Also when i was on losing streak and down to around 3000 mmr i got called "archon trash" by "legends" when i most likely calibrated higher than them but got lower medal.

normal i was legend 2 with 2600 mmr ....

okay so how much ur medal matters when u are below 5k? ur teammates sucks like u, doesnt matter what is ur medal
only it makes sense when u are trying to showing off that medal to someone
and holy shit if thats the case

my other account have archon 6 but i have 3.2k a bit confuse on how medals and mmr work

my solo is 3.8k party is 3.5 and i'm ancient 3

4.2k/4.4k ancient 7 on my main

2.4k/1.5k Archon 4 on my smurf

Has something to do with your performance you can be low mmr but play some awsome games made a big impact and high kdr you'll get a higher badge though a low mmr

i can explain. if you have higher behavior score, then you can grow your medal fastly. But if you have low behavior score, then your medal will as slow as a snail (your medal will be based on matchmaking medal web)
