Don't ask for help, help the team isntead.
Dying and getting exp is better than being a fucking afk bot.
Aggro the carry as much as you can, it's worth more than last hits.

dont be afraid to tp into your safelane at minute 2 if the enemy dives
mess with the enemy carry when you have opportunities
map awarenes is very important
buy enough regen to survive 3 nukes every 10 seconds
