use stop watch to count time between every last hit in lane till you can count between each last hit and time each one based on time and get perfect CS, then practice counting while watching a bot or something till you can cs perfectly while counting them while building more map awareness.
^it doesn't make you any better but it gives you mmr for sure, if that's what you're looking for
Just give little to no fucks about your teammates, focus on yourself, apply logical and critical thinking into the game, be open minded, analyze high mmr replays, etc
