CM is one option but she needs a few things to stay alive and be helpful. I think dazzle is probably the best answer. Or WW but she's seemed kinda underpowered last few times I've played her.
terrorblade all the way, u can always swap hp without any items and save your carry while jebaiting the whole enemy team to counterpick you and your team counterpicks them and u win ez as fuck
I believe it's Lich.
Supports need two basic things: Mana and mobility, a lot of the time both are resolved by Arcane Boots but some supports can live with just brown boots.
Now Lich has good base movement speed + his E so he can handle having no items whatsoever. If you have 4 cores including one in the jungle on your team vs a team with invis heroes then he might be the best pick.
ww kinda does need her arcanes a bit, I wud say cm and lich are good options, others r maybe dazzle, disruptor.
There have been no position 6's ever since Obs's change, even more with the GPM talents
