You're ruining the point of a smurf if you have more losses than wins- thats means you're not actually that good. If youre trying to pick op meta heroes just look at 5k+ matches and see what they play. Invoker (kinda sven and dk) are good rn.

Because: When i have opportunity to play ranked i just can't resist to do so, but i need more practise, in unranked mathches. So now when i don't have an option to play ranked i'm just fine practising.
You have absolutely no reason to make a smurf , you need to focus on improving and having win rate above 50% atleast.
